Good, but could be better.
AppZapper is a handy drag & drop uninstaller. It also has a built-in catalog of your installed programs that you can remove directly from the app itself rather than having to open a Finder window. It does fairly well with standard installs, but not as well with more deeply rooter programs that have application support files and sub-directories. Altogether, it does pretty much what it says it does. The one feature that I felt it lacked was a refresh window option. If you have uninstalled anything outside of AppZapper, it shows a white placeholder, but won't allow you to remove it. It would be nice if you didn't have to restart the app to see exactly what you have installed. At $12.95, it is a relatively good outlay to outcome app. Don't expect miracles, but I have to say that the zapping sound is almost worth the cost of the program itself. If I had it to do over again, I probably would not have purchased it and would have stayed with one of the freeware programs that does the same thing by asking you if you want auxiliary files moved to the trash bucket as well. One very handy feature is the ability to bypass the trashcan and still have to confirm your choice. Test the trial and see if its a program you'd like to have onboard.
Pros: Handy
Fast
Easy
More fun than just trashing files
Cons: No refresh option
Doesn't always remove ALL files.
